An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhuang Xi Qiang in the 17th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mexico's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zhuang Xi Qiang was slow to take the kick. During this time Huracan FC's players had a chance to rest. Joel Gaona blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arne Pettersson having to make a save. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Abalos in the 23rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Huracan FC's Arne Pettersson got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 28th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Arne Pettersson made a huge save. In the 35th minute, Joel Gaona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Herminio Abalos to strike the kick off in the second half. Alvaro Roderigo kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. After 52 minutes Huracan FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Arne Pettersson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Herminio Abalos did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Dante Lacasa 54 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Pettersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Huracan FC's Arne Pettersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Huracan FC's Arne Pettersson did a great save. In the 71stth minute of the game Herminio Abalos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Huracan FC's Zhuang Xi Qiang slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dante Lacasa. That made the score 0-3 after 81 minutes of play. Arne Pettersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 88th minute of play. Arne Pettersson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lautaro Mancebo went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 90th minute of play forced Huracan FC's goalkeeper Arne Pettersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Huracan FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Arne Pettersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Conrado George fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huracan FC's protests and gave Conrado George a yellow card for diving instead. Conrado George hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The Huracan FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
