Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Illescas took the kick off in the first half of the match. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferruccio Casciano in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Venezuela fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Venezuela's Tomas Illescas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Coviolo's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armando Allegretti came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute Felice Maio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosmo Nauta, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosmo Nauta in the 36th minute of play. In the 46thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coviolo's Armando Allegretti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosmo Nauta, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Ferruccio Casciano made the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Coviolo's Jonathan Ferrant threw himself towards the right post 50 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cosmo Nauta, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 52nd minute Coviolo were awarded a corner. Felice Maio went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Coviolo's Örs Bruno to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 56th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Coviolo booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Armando Allegretti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexander Masetti hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute, Big Fox hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosmo Nauta in the 72nd minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Felice Maio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Coviolo's Örs Bruno in 76 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Jonathan Ferrant guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosmo Nauta, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 83rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Mina to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Ferruccio Casciano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coviolo's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferruccio Casciano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Coviolo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Venezuela.
