Deportivo David Mardel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 曾诚枫 in the 45th minute of play. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Ludomir Zawacki hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gogo Leguizamón having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Deportivo David Mardel's Cirilo Ranolfo got a free kick in the 56th minute. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Gogo Leguizamón to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 64 minutes into the match, Deportivo David Mardel's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Gogo Leguizamón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Gogo Leguizamón in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Deportivo David Mardel made a substitution. Luciano Teofilio replaced 莫默广. A collision led to Deportivo David Mardel getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Ludomir Zawacki hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Gogo Leguizamón however easily saved by the left post. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 77th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Sebastián Puig to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita got in the 79th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Gogo Leguizamón handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 92nd minute, 曾诚枫 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Deportivo David Mardel support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
