Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Vipos FC's Fidel Jokin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Vipos FC's Rafa Santos Borré sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Lacasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Vipos FC's Rafa Santos Borré slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dante Lacasa. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. In the 12th play minute Rafa Santos Borré came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dante Lacasa. 2-0. Gervasio Ixaka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Gervasio Ixaka didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gaona went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Jokin in the 19th minute of play. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. 31 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Fidel Jokin came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Jokin, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidel Jokin in the 38th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Vipos FC made a substitution. Mayer Candelo replaced Gaspar Acuña. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fidel Jokin in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 57th minute, which Gervasio Ixaka however easily saved by the left post. In the 63rd minute, Alberto Tafalla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gervasio Ixaka was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. In the 65th match minute, Vipos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Jokin to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Mayer Candelo came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nasos Aquilino during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Vipos FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Nasos Aquilino hit a great ball. Gervasio Ixaka didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alberto Tafalla went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafa Santos Borré in the 86th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Vipos FC got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Lluc. When Felix Luque fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mexico's protests and gave Felix Luque a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Vipos FC booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Luque didn't get a good kick on the ball.
