Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Augusto Saldanha took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the game, Thiago Silvan threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Alonso Berganza quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 8th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Falcão Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Gracie Barra's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Mina came free, but Falcão Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Gracie Barra's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. 23 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Saldanha came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Falcão Cunha managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Peru's Julian Murillo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Roland Danielsson hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Peru's Alonso Berganza got a free kick in the 27th minute. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Saldanha in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Peru's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rubens Rezende was slow to take the kick. During this time Gracie Barra's players had a chance to rest. A very nice done corner allowed Thiago Silvan to score against Rolando Noboa in Peru's goal. 0-1 after 29 minutes. Falcão Cunha made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Luz Tejedor sent off a good shot on target. Şamil Sağman hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 43rdth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gracie Barra's Falcão Cunha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alonso Berganza charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alonso Berganza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Peru's Alonso Berganza got a free kick in the 44th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Murillo was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th match minute, Gracie Barra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şamil Sağman to maneuver through the defense. Falcão Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 57th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Augusto Saldanha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gracie Barra's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Saldanha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Gracie Barra getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Rubens Rezende hit a great ball. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augusto Saldanha's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Augusto Saldanha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Noboa having to make a save. Augusto Saldanha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Roland Danielsson's late challenge caught a Peru's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roland Danielsson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th match minute, Gracie Barra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roland Danielsson to maneuver through the defense. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Gracie Barra's Jago Štriker was substituted for Pedro Velloso.
