Peru's Julian Murillo got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Lang in the 17th minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Mino in the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 24th minute of play forced THE ROKERY PIMKIS's goalkeeper Kiran Tomasini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Lang in the 29th minute of play. Ferris Stock hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Kiran Tomasini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes in the game, Eliseo Mina fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Kiran Tomasini having to interfere. Kiran Tomasini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Matthias Lepage, made in the 44th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Mino in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Noboa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Murillo was the one to do the kick off. Howard Archambault made in the 54th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Matthias Lepage immediately put the ball in play. Kiran Tomasini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jorge Luna. In the 59th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kiran Tomasini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Jorge Luna dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rolando Noboa, 2-1. THE ROKERY PIMKIS made a substitution. Neil Dussling replaced Matthias Lepage. In the 85th minute, René Stocker made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Kiran Tomasini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Gallo in the 91st minute of the match.
