Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gong Qi Fan started the match with the kick off. Raphael Moore made in the 4th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Börna Bulldogs's Basilio Nafarroa. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xiao Zhen Jian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Day came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Börna Bulldogs's Xiao Zhen Jian. But to his dismay, Xiao Zhen Jian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. With a little luck, USA's Marco Day got control of the ball when Gong Qi Fan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cassius Byrne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Andreas Andersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Diego Bradley threw the ball into play from the sideline. Börna Bulldogs's Xiao Zhen Jian quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 13 minutes into the match Gong Qi Fan climbed in front of goal and pressed up 2-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Marco Day. Edward Mcdonald took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andreas Andersson. Andreas Andersson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Andreas Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gong Qi Fan in the 29th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute Edward Mcdonald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Andersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gong Qi Fan in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Börna Bulldogs were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after USA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pawel Grabowicz took the corner. In a very dangerous position, a player in USA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cassius Byrne stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, USA's Monty Rogers ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Andreas Andersson. Andreas Andersson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. Cassius Byrne received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Andreas Andersson came out and tried to block the shot, but Cassius Byrne slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 55th minute. Börna Bulldogs's Basilio Nafarroa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Diego Bradley in the 59 minute of the game. Andreas Andersson was a little too slow when Cassius Byrne got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 3-4. In the 65th minute, Gong Qi Fan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marco Day was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-4. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gong Qi Fan, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 76 minutes into the match, Börna Bulldogs's goalkeeper Andreas Andersson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sam Campbell. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. USA were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Börna Bulldogs's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jenson Smith took the corner. Börna Bulldogs's Andreas Andersson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Börna Bulldogs from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Gong Qi Fan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Day was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Börna Bulldogs's Matias Svahn managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Diego Bradley in the 89 minute of the game. When Marco Baker came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the USA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Baker couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, Gong Qi Fan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marco Day. USA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gong Qi Fan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-4. When the referee blew the final whistle, Börna Bulldogs could leave the field as winners, despite USA having more of the ball for most of the match.
