Mitschullen SSA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Tomas Berganza scored to the left of an out of position Klement Naumowicz, making the score, 1-0. Tomas Berganza was extremely unlucky when he, in the 21st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidoro Sarmiento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 54 minutes into the game, Tomas Berganza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Klement Naumowicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 58 minutes into the match, Mitschullen SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Miralles came free, but Klement Naumowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Mitschullen SSA defense, Tomas Berganza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Klement Naumowicz. The Mitschullen SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Klement Naumowicz should have stopped the shot. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Klement Naumowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 70th minute of the match. Panama's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
