Yader Villavedon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Luís Fernando Ruz kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho scored 2-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yader Villavedon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Ma&Lu Futbol Club's Yader Villavedon got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Yader Villavedon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 20th minute, Daniel Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jiří Kudla in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Ma&Lu Futbol Club's Yader Villavedon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 23rd minute of play. Xuan Urtiaga charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xuan Urtiaga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 27 played minutes Ma&Lu Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Xuan Urtiaga. Rogelio Parayos hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 32nd match minute, Ma&Lu Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaizki Lloredo to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute of the match Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yader Villavedon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Ma&Lu Futbol Club's goalie and right to Juan Sebastián Puig. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Ma&Lu Futbol Club's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Yader Villavedon in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jaizki Lloredo's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaizki Lloredo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th match minute, Ma&Lu Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaizki Lloredo to maneuver through the defense. After 38 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yader Villavedon was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Ma&Lu Futbol Club booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ma&Lu Futbol Club's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yader Villavedon came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Ma&Lu Futbol Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Ma&Lu Futbol Club's Yader Villavedon managed to reach the ball for a save. Yader Villavedon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Yader Villavedon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 62nd minute of play forced Ma&Lu Futbol Club's goalkeeper Yader Villavedon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Ma&Lu Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Yader Villavedon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho scored 6-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yader Villavedon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Yader Villavedon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 69th minute of the match. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Jiří Kudla sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 71st minute of play forced Ma&Lu Futbol Club's goalkeeper Yader Villavedon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st match minute, Ma&Lu Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Parayos to maneuver through the defense. Ma&Lu Futbol Club's Yader Villavedon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 82nd minute of play. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ma&Lu Futbol Club's Yader Villavedon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 86th minute of play. Daniel Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yader Villavedon having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 93rd minute of play forced Ma&Lu Futbol Club's goalkeeper Yader Villavedon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Ma&Lu Futbol Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Ma&Lu Futbol Club's Yader Villavedon managed to reach the ball for a save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ecuador fully deserved thier win.
