Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Gaona got the match started through his kick off. After 5 played minutes Green Zombies got a freekick which was hit by Géza Tótfalusi. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Cristinel Tomulescu in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walter Carter in the 11th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 12th minute of play forced Green Zombies's goalkeeper Cristinel Tomulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 minutes, Joel Gaona made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Green Zombies's Cristinel Tomulescu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristinel Tomulescu having to interfere. Lautaro Mancebo struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Cristinel Tomulescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 27th minute of play forced Green Zombies's goalkeeper Cristinel Tomulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristinel Tomulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walter Carter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Géza Tótfalusi kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. With a little luck, Green Zombies's Cristinel Tomulescu got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Lautaro Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Mancebo couldn't finish the play. When Lautaro Mancebo, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 46 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Cristinel Tomulescu was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The supporters of Mexico booed when Green Zombies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franciszek Sadlowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zsigmond Tímár to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Walter Carter tried to sneak it across the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harun Mustafa. Joel Gaona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristinel Tomulescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When Facundo Cadaval came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Facundo Cadaval couldn't finish the play. Green Zombies made a substitution. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mexico fully deserved thier win.
