Apat Reina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anıl Ege Ufuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Anıl Ege Ufuk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Apat Reina having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Anıl Ege Ufuk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mitnarotov FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anıl Ege Ufuk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apat Reina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mitnarotov FC's Cemalettin Yatman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Décio Antonio in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute José Paulo Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cemalettin Yatman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anıl Ege Ufuk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Apat Reina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Apat Reina made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anıl Ege Ufuk in the 35th minute. Anıl Ege Ufuk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Apat Reina made a huge save. In the 41st minute, Anıl Ege Ufuk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mitnarotov FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and José Paulo Mendonça made a kick off. Luiz Fernando Mota kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After 58 played minutes Retumbante FC got a freekick which was hit by Eurico Galvão. If Anıl Ege Ufuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Anıl Ege Ufuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anıl Ege Ufuk in the 71st minute of play forced Retumbante FC's goalkeeper Apat Reina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute Anıl Ege Ufuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apat Reina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Retumbante FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anıl Ege Ufuk came free, but Apat Reina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Apat Reina stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anıl Ege Ufuk's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. In the 94th minute there was a penalty for Mitnarotov FC. Hortêncio Rosa stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Apat Reina. 3-0. Retumbante FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
