The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Leonard Olejasz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taylor Swift, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After 10 minutes FC Gustavo FPRMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hu Yao Nan who took care of the corner kick. The audience was convinced that Leonidas Arias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonard Olejasz was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonidas Arias in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonard Olejasz saved FC Gustavo FPRMZ from getting behind. A nice corner shot did that Hu Yao Nan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Leonard Olejasz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 21st minute of the match, Júlio Saraiva tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cemalettin Yatman saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Leonard Olejasz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonidas Arias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Gustavo FPRMZ's Leonard Olejasz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hortêncio Rosa in the 27th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Gustavo FPRMZ defense, Hortêncio Rosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonard Olejasz. The FC Gustavo FPRMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonard Olejasz should have stopped the shot. 35 minutes into the match, Mitnarotov FC's goalkeeper Cemalettin Yatman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by August Högman. Leonard Olejasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taylor Swift in the 40th minute of play. After 44 played minutes FC Gustavo FPRMZ got a freekick which was hit by Damazy Jarosz. In the 45th minute, Teodoro Meirelles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, Hu Yao Nan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Mitnarotov FC's Percival Koehler was substituted for Leonidas Arias. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Semi Yaltır to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of FC Gustavo FPRMZ booed when Mitnarotov FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Washington de Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Washington de Lara's late challenge caught a FC Gustavo FPRMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Washington de Lara helped the player get up and apologised. FC Gustavo FPRMZ made a substitution. Hudson Alagoano replaced Luiz Fabiano Souto. After a rather tough play, Mitnarotov FC's Washington de Lara got a free kick in the 54th minute. Hudson Alagoano took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cemalettin Yatman. Cemalettin Yatman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hu Yao Nan in the 61st minute of play forced FC Gustavo FPRMZ's goalkeeper Leonard Olejasz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Percival Koehler in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonard Olejasz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 67th minute, Semi Yaltır got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hortêncio Rosa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Leonard Olejasz made a huge save. Lenílson Goiano kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd match minute, FC Gustavo FPRMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elivélton do Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Taylor Swift kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leonard Olejasz. That made the score 1-3 in the 73 minute of play. In the 79th minute, Ulryk Babicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the match, Mitnarotov FC's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Saraiva came free, but Cemalettin Yatman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
