Shen Sang Hao's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Adolfo Lago read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dráusio Albuquerque in the 9th minute of play forced Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's goalkeeper João Adolfo Lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xander Goos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kılıçalp Akgün in the 11th minute of play. João Adolfo Lago was a little too slow when Gianpaolo Lovera got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-0. Xander Goos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marino Montrelle in the 21st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Shen Sang Hao got free with João Adolfo Lago in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Xander Goos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kılıçalp Akgün, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Tarrasque Voador F.C. were furious when Napoleon Furgal was red carded, 28 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests.
