Divina Comédia FC's Zhuang Shi Ting played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Capasso in the 6th minute of play. The corner ended in Fabian Meleșcanu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Divina Comédia FC's Zhuang Shi Ting did a great save. In the 11th minute, Marcinho Sabóia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Merusca F&P - CIMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guaberto Bras in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mauro-Facundo Buffon saved Merusca F&P - CIMZ from getting behind. 21 minutes into the match, Divina Comédia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Capasso came free, but Zhuang Shi Ting reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Mauro-Facundo Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Bras in the 22nd minute of play. Mauro-Facundo Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guaberto Bras in the 24th minute of play. After 25 played minutes Divina Comédia FC got a freekick which was hit by Betão Catarinense. In the 30th minute Merusca F&P - CIMZ were awarded a corner. Fabian Meleșcanu went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Sanchez in the 32nd minute of play forced Merusca F&P - CIMZ's goalkeeper Mauro-Facundo Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zhuang Shi Ting showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florian Capasso in the 35th minute of the match. Florian Capasso succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 37th playminute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florian Capasso in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zhuang Shi Ting saved Divina Comédia FC from getting behind. Hugo Sanchez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 53 minutes Divina Comédia FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fabian Meleșcanu who took care of the corner kick. Betão Catarinense hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Capasso in the 60th minute of play forced Divina Comédia FC's goalkeeper Zhuang Shi Ting to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute Pedrinho Paranaense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zhuang Shi Ting saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mauro-Facundo Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliézer Cavalcante in the 66th minute of play. Guaberto Bras's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mauro-Facundo Buffon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Divina Comédia FC's Mauro-Facundo Buffon threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eliézer Cavalcante, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 80th minute, Hélder Fonseca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Merusca F&P - CIMZ booed when Divina Comédia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdemar Arruda didn't get a good kick on the ball.
