Jarl Rossebø could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Emílio Cordeiro made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Sousa in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emílio Cordeiro saved Š¢σяpiσиŠ from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Daniel Sousa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emílio Cordeiro was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Thomás Toscano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amedeo Faccio, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 38 played minutes Š¢σяpiσиŠ got a freekick which was hit by Dieguinho Araújo. In the 39thth minute of the game Daniel Sousa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Š¢σяpiσиŠ's Emílio Cordeiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Š¢σяpiσиŠ's Emílio Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Sousa in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pan Zhi Peng in the 54th minute of play forced Š¢σяpiσиŠ's goalkeeper Emílio Cordeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Š¢σяpiσиŠ getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Rachman Eastwood hit a great ball. In the 58th match minute, Š¢σяpiσиŠ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rachman Eastwood to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Sousa in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emílio Cordeiro saved Š¢σяpiσиŠ from getting behind. Daniel Sousa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emílio Cordeiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Emílio Cordeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jarl Rossebø recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Š¢σяpiσиŠ's Gilberto Cardozo was substituted for Erasmo Yeste. Š¢σяpiσиŠ's Dani Maranhense was substituted for Fortunato Domenghini. After 77 minutes, Bobby Moore mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Š¢σяpiσиŠ and the Capibaribe Stars players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th minute, Bobby Moore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Capibaribe Stars's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Meriç Nurkan scored to the left of an out of position Thomás Toscano, making the score, 0-1. Capibaribe Stars's Robinho Urbano was substituted for Daniel Sousa. 84 minutes into the match, Š¢σяpiσиŠ's goal looked a bit too open when Robinho Urbano came free, but Emílio Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emílio Cordeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hicham Al Azka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Capibaribe Stars booed when Š¢σяpiσиŠ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bobby Moore didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute Robinho Urbano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emílio Cordeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pan Zhi Peng kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Š¢σяpiσиŠ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
