Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kyle Davies started the match with the kick off. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuomas Hurme in the 3rd minute of play. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rami Tallqvist in the 9th minute of play. Rocco Owen kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rami Tallqvist in the 12th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuomas Hurme in the 14th minute of play. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tuomas Hurme went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 20th minute, Stanley Wallace got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 22 minutes into the game, Heikki Vehanen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manchester United FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Curacao the free kick. After 22 played minutes Manchester United FC got a freekick which was hit by Heikki Vehanen. Manchester United FC made a substitution. Tatu Lumijärvi replaced Heikki Vehanen. A collision led to Manchester United FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Heikki Vehanen hit a great ball. Harvey Doyle hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Manchester United FC's Esa Salo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 25th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Curacao. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terho Ylimäki in the 27th minute of the match. Stanley Wallace hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Tuomas Hurme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Barrett was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When Kyle Davies fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Curacao's protests and gave Kyle Davies a yellow card for diving instead. Kyle Davies hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Vihtori Viljanen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manchester United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vihtori Viljanen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Barrett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jalmari Bärlund fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manchester United FC's protests and gave Jalmari Bärlund a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Manchester United FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Jalmari Bärlund hit a great ball. In the 45th minute, Rami Tallqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manchester United FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. When Esa Salo fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manchester United FC's protests and gave Esa Salo a yellow card for diving instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Rami Tallqvist made the kick off in the second half. Bruno Barrett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rami Tallqvist in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute Tuomas Hurme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Terho Ylimäki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 65th play minutes Tuomas Hurme shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Bruno Barrett and just under the crossbar into goal. Tuomas Hurme received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bruno Barrett came out and tried to block the shot, but Tuomas Hurme slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 69th minute. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Manchester United FC's Rami Tallqvist. But to his dismay, Rami Tallqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Harvey Doyle hit a great ball. Manchester United FC's Esa Salo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 76th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Bruno Barrett but with some difficulty. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tuomas Hurme, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Rami Tallqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Bruno Barrett successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Curacao's Bruno Barrett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Curacao from getting a goal against them. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joonas Sainomaa in the 95th minute of play. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tuomas Hurme in the 97th minute of the match. Manchester United FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
