The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Siro Osasun was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. The supporters of FlagellumDei booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Venegas's late challenge caught a FlagellumDei's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great ball. In the 47th minute, Tibor Pucheli sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zoltán Kozák was the one to do the kick off. After recieving a nice pass, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas tried to score from far away in the 77th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Vencel Sarkady took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After 85 played minutes FlagellumDei got a freekick which was hit by Simon Puja. With a little luck, FlagellumDei's Siro Osasun got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience held their breath when Tibor Pucheli in the 96th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Jonathan Ferrant's left hand side.
