Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Garsås IF's Sven-Erik Ekblom started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Garsås IF's Ludvig Olofsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 7th minute of play forced Garsås IF's goalkeeper Ludvig Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 8 minutes, Hjalmar Hägglund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garsås IF and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 8 played minutes Garsås IF got a freekick which was hit by Hjalmar Hägglund. In the 9th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludvig Olofsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12 minutes, Joel Gaona made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Garsås IF's Ludvig Olofsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Cadaval in the 15th minute of play forced Garsås IF's goalkeeper Ludvig Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ludvig Olofsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Garsås IF's Lucas Bengtsson got a free kick in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Garsås IF's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Ludvig Olofsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludvig Olofsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 44th minute, Joel Gaona ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ludvig Olofsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. Joel Gaona received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ludvig Olofsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Joel Gaona slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 51st minute. 54 minutes into the match, Garsås IF's goal looked a bit too open when Facundo Cadaval came free, but Ludvig Olofsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Luca Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Ludvig Olofsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Ludvig Olofsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 64th minute of the match. After 69 played minutes Garsås IF got a freekick which was hit by Jerry Danielsson. After having played for 71 minutes, Lorenzo Cazalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lorenzo Cazalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Facundo Cadaval took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ludvig Olofsson. Ludvig Olofsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. After 79 minutes, Alfons Lundkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garsås IF and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Garsås IF's Alfons Lundkvist got a free kick in the 79th minute. Facundo Cadaval succeeded in the game's 80th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-7. Jerry Danielsson hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Ludvig Olofsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Gaona's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Garsås IF's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Ludvig Olofsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Facundo Cadaval blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ludvig Olofsson having to make a save. Garsås IF's Ludvig Olofsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Garsås IF from getting a goal against them. After 94 minutes of play, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ludvig Olofsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Garsås IF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mexico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
