In the 19th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ikonom Brúmbarov. Ikonom Brúmbarov yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Temida Sf's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Montenegro came free, but Ikonom Brúmbarov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mario Kisev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Radomir Istatkov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. A nice corner shot did that Totyo Borchev got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ecuador fully deserved thier win.
