Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. After 13 played minutes Samba Fotboll U21 got a freekick which was hit by Zygmunt Koprowski. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zygmunt Koprowski got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oskar Gullesson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. Jim Meck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zygmunt Koprowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jim Meck in the 26th minute of play. After 29th play minutes Oskar Gullesson shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Lautaro Navarro and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jim Meck in the 34th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute Jim Meck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jim Meck in the 36th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Esteban Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the match, Elias Meck sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Lautaro Navarro threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Elias Meck this time. 40 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Jim Meck came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Måns Johansson made in the 43rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Wictor Gustavsson. If Viktor Sillén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jim Meck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jim Meck in the 51st minute of the match. After 52 minutes, Måns Johansson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Samba Fotboll U21 and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Samba Fotboll U21's Måns Johansson got a free kick in the 53rd minute. A collision led to Samba Fotboll U21 getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Conrado Frascuelo hit a great ball. After 56 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Luca Espinar. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Viktor Sillén stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Viktor Sillén tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Samba Fotboll U21's Sam Yang proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Samba Fotboll U21 from getting a goal against them. 59 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sam Yang. Edmundo Espiga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. When Edmundo Espiga came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Espiga couldn't finish the play. After 68 minutes of play, Samba Fotboll U21's Joseph Holmberg made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joseph Holmberg in the 78th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viktor Sillén, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Måns Johansson got a throw-in 80 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Wictor Gustavsson. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joseph Holmberg in the 81st minute of the match. Joseph Holmberg succeeded in the game's 83rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. Sebastian Villa struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Sam Yang didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Holmberg in the 88th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Samba Fotboll U21's Elias Meck to fire away a dangerous shot which Lautaro Navarro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseph Holmberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute.
