Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Flamengo FSCMZ's zone, Felix Montenegro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Léo Carioca came out of the goal and Felix Montenegro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 5 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Léo Carioca was left in no man's land by his defense there! Flamengo FSCMZ's Léo Carioca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 15th minute of play. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Flamengo FSCMZ's Léo Carioca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 21st minute of play. Felix Montenegro took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Léo Carioca. Léo Carioca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Léo Carioca came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Felix Montenegro. But to his dismay, Felix Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 35th minute of play forced Flamengo FSCMZ's goalkeeper Léo Carioca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Léo Carioca was left in no man's land by his defense there! Léo Carioca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Flamengo FSCMZ's Léo Carioca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 40th minute of play. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Léo Carioca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Flamengo FSCMZ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hortêncio Sena to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristian Sanchos short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Léo Carioca to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 62nd match minute, Flamengo FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgílio da Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Léo Carioca. That made the score 0-8 in the 64 minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Flamengo FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Léo Carioca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of Flamengo FSCMZ's Léo Carioca. Léo Carioca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Léo Carioca having to interfere. Flamengo FSCMZ's Léo Carioca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Flamengo FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. In the 91st match minute, Flamengo FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Germano Silva to maneuver through the defense. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hortêncio Sena in the 95th minute of the match. The Flamengo FSCMZ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
