The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Berganza was the one to do the kick off. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidoro Fagondo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. In the 95th minute Salvador Bernat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that NECKER49 were the better team. NECKER49's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
