Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. Felipe Tajo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 3rd minute of the match. Håkan Wennersten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 1-0 came in the 11th minute when Patricio Mannuel all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Julio Vera. Cristian Sancho kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Monky FC's Felipe Tajo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 18th minute of play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Mannuel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Håkan Wennersten managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monky FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Håkan Wennersten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Monky FC's Felipe Tajo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 29th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Håkan Wennersten. 43 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Mannuel came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felipe Tajo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andres Musko during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Monky FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Andres Musko hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Patricio Mannuel to make the kick off. Monky FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Andres Musko in the 53rd minute. Monky FC's 汪杰桑 was substituted for Benicio Indalecio. Benicio Indalecio hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Felipe Tajo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luis Andino in the 60th minute. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Patricio Mannuel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Mannuel in the 67th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Felipe Tajo made a huge save. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Andres Musko was slow to take the kick. During this time Monky FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Monky FC's corner Andres Musko fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. 75 minutes in the game Camilo Gisbert did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Luis Andino. In the 76th minute Håkan Wennersten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camilo Gisbert made in the 79th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Luis Andino. Gregorio Cucao hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Sein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 90 minutes, 汪杰桑 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Monky FC and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 90 played minutes Monky FC got a freekick which was hit by 汪杰桑. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Felix Montenegro hit a great ball. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Felipe Tajo made a huge save. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but Monky FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
