When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dries van Veldhuizen made a kick off. If Milagros Fraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Yang Hui Wen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. Peru's Julian Murillo got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 62 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Dries van Veldhuizen came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Carlos Calvet showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 69 minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Enhebrator FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
