Orzeł Tychy's Maksymilian Lesiecki got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 14 minutes into the game, Stanley Wallace was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Curacao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Orzeł Tychy the free kick. In the 14th match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stanley Wallace to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maksymilian Lesiecki in the 19th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, Maksymilian Lesiecki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and Maksymilian Lesiecki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the game, Maksymilian Lesiecki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 28 minutes, Tobiasz Peczkowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Orzeł Tychy and the Curacao players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 28 played minutes Orzeł Tychy got a freekick which was hit by Tobiasz Peczkowski. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sylwester Popowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maksymilian Lesiecki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Orzeł Tychy's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Davies came free, but Kacper Olszewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Orzeł Tychy's Andrzej Karaszkiewicz got a free kick in the 41st minute. Bertie Johnson hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maksymilian Lesiecki in the 46th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maksymilian Lesiecki to strike the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes Curacao's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zbyszek Komanski who took care of the corner kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Sylwester Popowicz got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-3. 55 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the game, Bertie Johnson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Orzeł Tychy's Kacper Olszewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyle Davies in the 69th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kajetan Dubiel during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Orzeł Tychy's Kajetan Dubiel got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 75th minute, Zbyszek Mosiniak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 90 minutes, Maksymilian Lesiecki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Orzeł Tychy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maksymilian Lesiecki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bertie Johnson kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Orzeł Tychy eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
