Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Luís Lara made the kick off which started today's match. With a little luck, El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita got control of the ball when Luís Lara tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of EC Fragata booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abram Luque didn't get a good kick on the ball. When EC Fragata's Dé Prado in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Salvador's goalie prevented a goal. Luís Lara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. El Salvador's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Nestor Teles scored to the left of an out of position Ricardo Zorita, making the score, 1-0. A throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game was made by Remo Carioca with Cipriano Valle as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Fernandino in the 26th minute of play forced EC Fragata's goalkeeper Dalmo Freire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Carvallo. After a rather tough play, EC Fragata's Remo Carioca got a free kick in the 34th minute. When Moises Fernandino came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the El Salvador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Fernandino couldn't finish the play. After 38 minutes of play, El Salvador's Moises Fernandino made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dalmo Freire was left in no man's land by his defense there! Moises Fernandino charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moises Fernandino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 40 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Moises Fernandino. 42 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Lara. Thanks to some nice moves Luís Lara could shoot a difficult shot in the 46th minute, which Ricardo Zorita however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Moises Fernandino got a free kick in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Moises Fernandino was the one to do the kick off. Abram Luque struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Dalmo Freire didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Salvador. Nestor Teles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dé Prado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moises Fernandino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmo Freire having to interfere. After having played for 78 minutes, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Salvador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moises Fernandino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to EC Fragata getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Cipriano Valle hit a great ball. El Salvador's Mateo Leguizamo got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 82 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Lara came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th match minute, EC Fragata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dé Prado to maneuver through the defense. El Salvador's Valentino Ferrant quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Remo Carioca, made in the 89th minute of the game. Abram Luque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Dalmo Freire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Moises Fernandino was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of EC Fragata booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Fernandino didn't get a good kick on the ball. EC Fragata were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
