Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Berganza started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes of play, Panama's Alex Cambeiro made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Seçkin Eroğul was left in no man's land by his defense there! Seçkin Eroğul took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by SOMINECO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Abraham Alguacil was slow to take the kick. During this time Panama's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Abraham Alguacil got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Seçkin Eroğul quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Panama booed when SOMINECO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Engin Seferoğlulları didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehdi Kutlubay in the 16th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SOMINECO's Seçkin Eroğul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 18th minute of play. Seçkin Eroğul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Miralles in the 21st minute of the match. Engin Seferoğlulları could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. Seçkin Eroğul made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 29th minute of play. The attack was good, but when Tomas Berganza in the 29th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehdi Kutlubay, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. When Engin Seferoğlulları came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the SOMINECO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Engin Seferoğlulları couldn't finish the play. After 36 minutes, Hacı Paksoy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SOMINECO and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 36th minute, Hacı Paksoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Panama's Abraham Alguacil tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, Mir Güzel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mir Güzel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. SOMINECO's Seçkin Eroğul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 44th minute of play. The corner led to Panama's Jose Carita getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

53 minutes into the match, SOMINECO's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Cambeiro came free, but Seçkin Eroğul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seçkin Eroğul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in SOMINECO's zone, Alex Cambeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Seçkin Eroğul came out of the goal and Alex Cambeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute, SOMINECO's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Abraham Alguacil fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ensar Bayülgen kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Mir Güzel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mir Güzel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. If Isidoro Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Seçkin Eroğul having to interfere. Isidoro Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ahmet Arif Uğursay's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Arif Uğursay helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, SOMINECO's Mir Güzel got a free kick in the 94th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SOMINECO fans cheered their team off the field, for while Panama had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
