Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) M-WKP Kombornia's Eugeniusz Bakes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eugeniusz Bakes in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 5 minutes into the match, Eugeniusz Bakes notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andoni Zubizarreta having to interfere. If Tadeusz Markowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peter Lindberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yu Hong Liang in the 23rd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugeniusz Bakes in the 24th minute of play. The M-WKP Kombornia fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when M-WKP Kombornia's Eugeniusz Bakes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Eugeniusz Bakes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Eugeniusz Bakes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Andoni Zubizarreta in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 57th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugeniusz Bakes. Yu Hong Liang could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. In the 64th minute Patricio Costa suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Tadeusz Markowski charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tadeusz Markowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Venezuela's Roberto Ocampo was substituted for Patricio Costa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugeniusz Bakes in the 69th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Jonathan Ferrant managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when M-WKP Kombornia's Yu Hong Liang fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Peter Lindberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 0-5. Eugeniusz Bakes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 78 minutes, Tadeusz Markowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. M-WKP Kombornia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeusz Markowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugeniusz Bakes in the 82nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andoni Zubizarreta was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tytus Purzycki during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 89 played minutes M-WKP Kombornia got a freekick which was hit by Tytus Purzycki. 91 minutes into the game, Jose Correa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave M-WKP Kombornia the free kick. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 91st minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Perlfors in the 94th minute of play. The Venezuela fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. M-WKP Kombornia were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
