Przemyslaw Przybylo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. In the 13th minute Przemyslaw Przybylo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Zbyszko Walkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the game, Cosmos 1984 NewDance's Przemyslaw Przybylo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 22 minutes into the match, Cosmos 1984 NewDance's goal looked a bit too open when Milagros Cabal came free, but Józef Wandzik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Józef Wandzik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 25th minute of the match. Zbyszko Walkowski scored 3-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Zbyszko Walkowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Cyryl Prosowski made in the 39th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Przemyslaw Przybylo. Ivan Navarro hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, Przemyslaw Przybylo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cosmos 1984 NewDance fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Cosmos 1984 NewDance's Zbyszko Walkowski got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 58th minute, Emanuel Ocampo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, Przemyslaw Przybylo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Przemyslaw Przybylo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Przemyslaw Przybylo in the 65th minute of play. In the last second Józef Wandzik throw himself and got hold of the ball when Edmundo Espiga in the 66thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Luca Espinar got a free kick in the 68th minute. Cosmos 1984 NewDance's Thanasis Lillis was substituted for Kryspin Sala. The supporters of Cosmos 1984 NewDance booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Espinar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Przemyslaw Przybylo struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cosmos 1984 NewDance. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Ivan Navarro got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Józef Wandzik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 80th minute of play. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cosmos 1984 NewDance made a substitution. Remigiusz Barys replaced Milosz Ikalewicz. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbyszko Walkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cosmos 1984 NewDance had won after a very even match.
