Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Hieronim Biegun successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 10th match minute, FC Alkomaty was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zachariasz Rozanski to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes in the game Axel Tasis got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Hieronim Biegun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Axel Tasis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hieronim Biegun. That made the score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. Stefan Walczyk charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stefan Walczyk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC Alkomaty's Stefan Walczyk got a free kick in the 34th minute. Axel Tasis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to FC Alkomaty getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Zachariasz Rozanski hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Tasis was the one to do the kick off. 62 minutes into the match, FC Alkomaty's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Hieronim Biegun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Eliseo Noboa made a precise shot to the right of Hieronim Biegun. FC Alkomaty's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Barnaba Trzenzalski during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when FC Alkomaty was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Walczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Alkomaty's zone, Axel Tasis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hieronim Biegun came out of the goal and Axel Tasis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Efrain Moruga kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. When Eliseo Noboa was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 95 minutes had been played. When the referee ended the match the Costa Rica players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
