In the 3rd minute, Dare Devils's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 4 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Clemente Tajo, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 7th minute of play forced Dare Devils's goalkeeper Clemente Tajo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th play minute Cristian Sancho came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Clemente Tajo. 2-0. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clemente Tajo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 20th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Clemente Tajo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Covali in the 25th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Dare Devils's goalkeeper Clemente Tajo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. After 36 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Luis Andino. In the 44th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Clemente Tajo. Clemente Tajo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Dare Devils's Candido Aurken was substituted for Filip Gribincea. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 50th minute after Dare Devils's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Dare Devils's Clemente Tajo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 55th minute of play. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 65th minute of play forced Dare Devils's goalkeeper Clemente Tajo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Dare Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Clemente Tajo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clemente Tajo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Ruperto Gonza who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Dare Devils's Constantin Chiritã got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 86 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Clemente Tajo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Clemente Tajo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 91st minute of the match. Dare Devils's Clemente Tajo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Ghenadie Bumbu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. With 96 minutes on the clock, Juan Sebastián Puig commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ecuador! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ecuador had played much better football throughout.
