The Ronnys Lärjungar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Edvin Bruhn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Ronnys Lärjungar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. Ronnys Lärjungar's Kåre Mattsson was substituted for Zebastian Larsfält. A very nice done corner allowed Camilo Gaos to score against Edvin Bruhn in Ronnys Lärjungar's goal. 2-1 after 85 minutes. After a defensive mix-up in Ronnys Lärjungar's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvin Bruhn came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 91 minutes into the match, Ronnys Lärjungar's Kjell-Arne Skott sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ronnys Lärjungar had won after a very even match.
