Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edmundo Espiga started the match with the kick off. In the 8th minute, Edmundo Espiga reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Oscar Saldanha. The goal made the score 1-0. Ivan Navarro made in the 12th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Sebastian Villa. Sebastian Villa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claudinho Pinho hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cléber Vaz kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. The throw-in from Claudinho Loyola in the 31st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Luca Espinar. Oscar Saldanha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Villa in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Squadra Demarchi's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edmundo Espiga was slow to take the kick. During this time Honduras's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Edmundo Espiga almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha did a great save. Oscar Saldanha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Saldanha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 43rd minute. Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 45th minute of play. When Luca Espinar came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luca Espinar couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claudinho Pinho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Moises Tafalla made a precise shot to the right of Oscar Saldanha. Squadra Demarchi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Kléber Queirós could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kléber Queirós in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th minute, Squadra Demarchi's Claudinho Pinho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Christian Sancho made in the 70th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Squadra Demarchi's Claudinho Loyola. With his leg Lautaro Navarro managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Squadra Demarchi's Kléber Queirós fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 75th minute, Kaká Simão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oscar Saldanha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute, Moises Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Honduras booed when Squadra Demarchi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cléber Vaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oscar Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 91st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Villa in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oscar Saldanha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A throw-in in the 95th minute of the game was made by Claudinho Loyola with Kléber Queirós as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Honduras had played much better football throughout.
