Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jaime Pardo got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 4 minutes, Hector Covarrubias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paraguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hector Covarrubias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Jaime Pardo put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Maurício Araújo. Floresta Club U18's Maurício Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pardo in the 9th minute of play. Maurício Araújo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Covarrubias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute Felippe Vianna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaime Pardo in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurício Araújo saved Floresta Club U18 from getting behind. After 16 minutes Floresta Club U18's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jaime Pardo who took care of the corner kick. Hector Covarrubias was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaime Pardo in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurício Araújo saved Floresta Club U18 from getting behind. Jaime Pardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurício Araújo having to interfere. After 26 minutes of play, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maurício Araújo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Floresta Club U18 booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Sanz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maurício Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Escribano in the 31st minute of play. If Jaime Pardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maurício Araújo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Sanz, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Pardo in the 36th minute of play forced Floresta Club U18's goalkeeper Maurício Araújo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maurício Araújo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Pardo in the 38th minute of the match. Maurício Araújo came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias. But to his dismay, Hector Covarrubias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 42 minutes into the match, Floresta Club U18's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Pardo came free, but Maurício Araújo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaime Pardo scored 0-4 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maurício Araújo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaime Pardo in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurício Araújo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Paraguay were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jeremias Peixoto made a kick off. If Jaime Pardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaime Pardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Maurício Araújo made a huge save. 59 minutes into the match, Floresta Club U18's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Covarrubias came free, but Maurício Araújo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hector Covarrubias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Floresta Club U18's Maurício Araújo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Floresta Club U18 from getting a goal against them. Maurício Araújo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaime Pardo in the 68th minute. Alan Campos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Floresta Club U18's Maurício Araújo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Floresta Club U18 from getting a goal against them. Jaime Pardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Maurício Araújo made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hector Covarrubias got free with Maurício Araújo in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 80 in the game by Jaime Pardo from a close distance when the talented Maurício Araújo managed to make a qualified save. Floresta Club U18's players were relieved. Jaime Pardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Maurício Araújo made a huge save. Maurício Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Covarrubias in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Jaime Pardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jaime Pardo in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Maurício Araújo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 97 minutes into the match, Floresta Club U18's goalkeeper Maurício Araújo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaime Pardo.
