Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Moises Fernandino got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of El Salvador booed when Fúria FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitório Loureiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Fúria FC's Wágner Dante nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Zorita made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Juninho Teles made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moises Fernandino in the 14th minute. In the 19th minute, Moises Fernandino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 24th minute, Wágner Dante ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Zorita was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Jesus Carvallo hit a great ball. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celsinho Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Fúria FC's zone, Moises Fernandino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juninho Teles came out of the goal and Moises Fernandino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Abram Luque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fúria FC's Juninho Teles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Fernandino in the 40th minute of play. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilvan Vaz in the 41st minute of play. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wágner Dante, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.

The wind increased when Wágner Dante made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Fúria FC's Vitório Loureiro got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After 59 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Marco Tamayo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilvan Vaz got free with Ricardo Zorita in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Moises Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celsinho Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Marco Tamayo hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Ricardo Zorita made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Célio Arce sent off a good shot on target. Ricardo Zorita was a little too slow when Wágner Dante got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Salvador's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Fernandino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juninho Teles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 84th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. Wágner Dante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Fúria FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
