Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Wágner Dante got the match started through his kick off. Juninho Teles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Fernandino, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After having played for 7 minutes, Wágner Dante managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fúria FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wágner Dante was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wágner Dante recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fúria FC's Juninho Teles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Fernandino in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Fernandino in the 13th minute of play forced Fúria FC's goalkeeper Juninho Teles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Fúria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Fernandino came free, but Juninho Teles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 minutes, Cristiano Corrêa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fúria FC and the El Salvador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cristiano Corrêa kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Moises Fernandino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Salvador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Juninho Teles came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by El Salvador's Moises Fernandino. But to his dismay, Moises Fernandino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 31st minute Cristiano Corrêa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wágner Dante in the 33rd minute of play. Moises Fernandino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juninho Teles having to interfere. Jailson Tepedino kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Fúria FC's Juninho Teles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Fernandino in the 44th minute of play. Moises Fernandino struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Juninho Teles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Salvador. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Moises Fernandino made the kick off in the second half. Moises Fernandino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Juninho Teles made a huge save. In the 60th minute of the match, Moises Fernandino got a very nice opportunity to score, but Juninho Teles was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A sloppy throw-in by Vitório Loureiro in the 62nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by El Salvador's Lorenzo Yepes. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Marco Tamayo managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Salvador's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Tamayo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juninho Teles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ricardo Zorita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gilvan Vaz went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Vitório Loureiro made in the 73rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Célio Arce. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Marco Tamayo got a free kick in the 74th minute. After 76 played minutes Fúria FC got a freekick which was hit by Raimundo Paiva. El Salvador's Mateo Leguizamo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 76th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Juninho Teles but with some difficulty. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilvan Vaz in the 83rd minute of play. Abram Luque's late challenge caught a Fúria FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abram Luque helped the player get up and apologised. In the 88th minute Wágner Dante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abram Luque hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After 92 minutes, Moises Fernandino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Salvador and the Fúria FC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
