Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Tiger's Edmund Schoettle started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 minutes, Valentin Loos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tiger and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 2nd match minute, Tiger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Loos to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Kristian Willem Neuling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kristian Willem Neuling came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Tiger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Gebauer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute, Edmund Schoettle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonius Zagermann's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonius Zagermann helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th match minute, Tiger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonius Zagermann to maneuver through the defense. Tiger's Kristian Willem Neuling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 20th minute of play. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Tiger's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmund Schoettle in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kristian Willem Neuling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Kristian Willem Neuling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. During the 32nd minute of the match Manuel Gebauer completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Manuel Gebauer a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kristian Willem Neuling saved Tiger from getting behind. 41 minutes into the match, Tiger's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Kristian Willem Neuling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristian Willem Neuling having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Tiger's Bruno Mätz was substituted for Hartmut Weidenhammer. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Daniel Zorita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Kristian Willem Neuling when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kristian Willem Neuling. That made the score 0-2 in the 65 minute of play. Tiger were furious when Edmund Schoettle was red carded, 73 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to Tiger getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Edmund Schoettle hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, Tiger's goalkeeper Kristian Willem Neuling had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. After having played for 78 minutes, Bruno Mätz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tiger's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Mätz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kristian Willem Neuling, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kristian Willem Neuling didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agustín Saelices went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tiger.
