Hector Covarrubias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute, Theodore Martyn left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sixsense FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of Paraguay booed when Sixsense FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Luiz Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Sixsense FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Leandro Reis hit a great ball. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Theodore Martyn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 33 played minutes Sixsense FC got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Luiz Prestes. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaime Pardo got free with Gaute Fjellanger in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Theodore Martyn came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Sixsense FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Theodore Martyn couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd minute, Leandro Reis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Primitivo Escribano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaime Pardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gaute Fjellanger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Hector Covarrubias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaute Fjellanger having to interfere.
