Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Amedeo Cesareo got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute of the match, Cristian Sancho got a very nice opportunity to score, but Concetto Ciaccia was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 4th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Concetto Ciaccia having to make a save. When Pro Victoria's Xu Guang Hong in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Primitivo Andino got a free kick in the 17th minute. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Concetto Ciaccia 26 minutes into the match. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosimo Castellani in the 30th minute of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosimo Castellani, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After having played for 33 minutes, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Concetto Ciaccia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th match minute, Pro Victoria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Umberto Maciel to maneuver through the defense. Concetto Ciaccia was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Daniel Zorita. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Concetto Ciaccia having to interfere. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Cristian Sancho hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the game, Antonio Arias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pro Victoria the free kick. In the 48th minute, Antonio Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosimo Castellani in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 57th minute of play forced Pro Victoria's goalkeeper Concetto Ciaccia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Cosimo Castellani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pro Victoria's Zakariás Somogyi was substituted for Amedeo Cesareo. After a rather tough play, Pro Victoria's Cosimo Castellani got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Concetto Ciaccia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cosimo Castellani could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Concetto Ciaccia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zakariás Somogyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the game, Xu Guang Hong cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Concetto Ciaccia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 88 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Concetto Ciaccia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ecuador's Antonio Arias got his second yellow card of the match in the 90th minute. The referee ordered Antonio Arias off the ground. In the 91st minute, Antonio Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hemmo Ahrens blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Felix Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Hemmo Ahrens, 95 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Pro Victoria's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
