Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Domeka in the 3rd minute of play. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto-Federico Acosta in the 7th minute of play. Cristobal Goito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 8th minute of the match. Adolfo Dolcet kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After 11 played minutes, Chile's Mariano Lacasa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cristobal Goito came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chile reached it. If Eduardo Domeka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A sloppy throw-in by Adolfo Dolcet in the 17th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Chile's Francisco Carballar. 18 minutes into the match, Carabata Groove's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Cristobal Goito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Mariano Lacasa sped through Carabata Groove's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cristobal Goito. Cristobal Goito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Domeka in the 28th minute of the match. Cristobal Goito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 39th minute of play. Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Carabata Groove's Alberto-Federico Acosta got a free kick in the 45th minute. Orlando Casaus took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristobal Goito. Cristobal Goito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Carabata Groove made a substitution. Hauk Hareide replaced Andreas Möller. Carabata Groove's Herbert Pilipiec was substituted for Alberto-Federico Acosta. Carabata Groove's Armin Atroce was substituted for Eduardo Domeka.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mariano Lacasa made a kick off. Cristobal Goito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Casaus, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Carabata Groove's Cristobal Goito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Casaus in the 62nd minute of play. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Carabata Groove's Hauk Hareide. But to his dismay, Hauk Hareide quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. A collision led to Carabata Groove getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Gustaw Ludzia hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hauk Hareide in the 75th minute of the match. In the 77th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristobal Goito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Cristobal Goito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chile. After a defensive mix-up in Chile's zone, Hauk Hareide stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal and Hauk Hareide tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 87 minutes, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Lacasa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Orlando Casaus was extremely unlucky when he, in the 90th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A collision led to Carabata Groove getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Gustaw Ludzia hit a great ball. 98 minutes into the match, Hauk Hareide notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Chile's Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Chile players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
