In the 11th minute, Roch Wawro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A throw-in in the 15th minute of the game was made by Roch Wawro with Wojciech Nigbor as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Sebastian Villa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mariusz Majkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 19th minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Fryderyk Lewkowicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Mariusz Majkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Luca Espinar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the match, Roman Tim Tfaruk's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Mariusz Majkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariusz Majkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Espinar in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariusz Majkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Edmundo Espiga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Honduras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fryderyk Lewkowicz made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Luca Espinar got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 58th minute, Edmundo Espiga made a precise shot to the right of Mariusz Majkowski. Roman Tim Tfaruk's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fryderyk Lewkowicz in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kazimierz Rostow. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 64th minute of play forced Roman Tim Tfaruk's goalkeeper Mariusz Majkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kacper Naskrent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fryderyk Lewkowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 74th minute of play forced Roman Tim Tfaruk's goalkeeper Mariusz Majkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Roman Tim Tfaruk's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Mariusz Majkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pawel Pan hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mariusz Majkowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mariusz Majkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 96th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariusz Majkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Honduras had played much better football throughout.
