Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kent Ekerot made the kick off which started today's match. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldir Camargo in the 3rd minute of play. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Leif Eilsfeldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filip Şneapotă. Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Dante Lacasa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bergby BF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Håkan Skålberg in the 10th minute. A nice corner shot did that Kent Ekerot got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dante Lacasa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Waldir Camargo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 12th minute. Bergby BF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Dante Lacasa was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Kent Ekerot capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kent Ekerot really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Cadaval in the 17th minute of play forced Bergby BF's goalkeeper Wasyl Lap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wasyl Lap came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 21 minutes into the game, Bergby BF's Kent Ekerot nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. A collision led to Bergby BF getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Albano Hanni hit a great ball. In the 24th minute of the match Joel Gaona sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wasyl Lap skillfully saved the ball. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bergby BF's goalkeeper Wasyl Lap, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Kent Ekerot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Kent Ekerot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wasyl Lap saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 39th minute of play forced Bergby BF's goalkeeper Wasyl Lap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wasyl Lap made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 46th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 51st minute of play forced Bergby BF's goalkeeper Wasyl Lap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bergby BF's Wasyl Lap proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Bergby BF from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Bergby BF booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Cazalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldir Camargo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Wasyl Lap tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Lautaro Mancebo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wasyl Lap. That made the score 3-2 in the 63 minute of play. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent Ekerot, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. When Arkhip Gorshkov fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bergby BF's protests and gave Arkhip Gorshkov a yellow card for diving instead. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Brask in the 83rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Mexico's Joel Gaona slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wasyl Lap. That made the score 3-5 after 90 minutes of play. After having played for 97 minutes, Kent Ekerot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bergby BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kent Ekerot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mexico's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
