After having played for 38 minutes, Axel Tasis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costa Rica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Tasis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 胡适源 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If 张威笑 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Axel Tasis made a kick off. 胡适源 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 尹云荣 in the 56th minute of play. With a little luck, 【AC】白山黑水『铁血连』★东北军★'s 宋彬傲 got control of the ball when Lautaro Puig tried to sneak it across the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Axel Tasis notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of 【AC】白山黑水『铁血连』★东北军★'s 宋彬傲. 宋彬傲 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Efrain Moruga took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for 宋彬傲. 【AC】白山黑水『铁血连』★东北军★'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 张威笑, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 麦志冰 charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 麦志冰 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
