Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jose-Manuel Alabern got the match started through his kick off. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose-Manuel Alabern in the 2nd minute of the match. In the 3rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Chicote to maneuver through the defense. In the 4th minute Jose-Manuel Alabern shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 5 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. 8 minutes into the match, Jose-Manuel Alabern notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ezequiel Candela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose-Manuel Alabern in the 16th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Jose-Manuel Alabern came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Jose-Manuel Alabern kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Jose-Manuel Alabern managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gowland's supporters rose to their feet, but Jose-Manuel Alabern was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 32 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Jose-Manuel Alabern came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jose-Manuel Alabern struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gowland. After 37 played minutes Gowland got a freekick which was hit by Santi Goyanes. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jose-Manuel Alabern's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Jose-Manuel Alabern put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. In the 47th minute, Jose-Manuel Alabern got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Venezuela players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gowland were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Gowland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrija Kažanegra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Gowland's Huly Estruch got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ezequiel Candela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gowland's Alfredo Fresnos was substituted for Santi Goyanes. In the 70th minute, Alfredo Fresnos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Fresnos in the 72nd minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Alfredo Fresnos made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. 80 minutes into the game, Alfredo Fresnos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Alfredo Fresnos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Camilo Gaos hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute of the match Piotr Charamut sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant skillfully saved the ball. An unexpected shot in the 86th minute by Jose-Manuel Alabern got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ezequiel Candela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 89th minute of the match. Gowland made a substitution. Policarpio Dagora replaced Jose-Manuel Alabern. After 92 played minutes Gowland got a freekick which was hit by Rubio Villafane. Alfredo Fresnos struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gowland. Alfredo Fresnos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
