Pedro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Ciruel Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Pedro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paşa Bolas kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Pedro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Montenegro in the 20th minute of the match. Cebrián Fonticoba kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 29th minute of play forced Ciruel Academy's goalkeeper Pedro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tio Cabezon in the 55th minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, Ciruel Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Morera to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Ciruel Academy getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Thomas Morera hit a great ball. After 67 played minutes Ciruel Academy got a freekick which was hit by Paşa Bolas. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pedro Navarro. That made the score 1-3 in the 73 minute of play. With a little luck, Ciruel Academy's Pedro Navarro got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ciruel Academy.
