Máté Márton came out of the goal and Cristo Basajaun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Máté Márton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristo Basajaun, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. C.A.Independiente's Ciriaco Macias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Sancho in the 20th minute of play. Máté Márton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristo Basajaun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Øyvind Rovik got free with Máté Márton in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Máté Márton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Øyvind Rovik in the 26th minute of play. After 32 minutes of play, Congo Bongo's Damaso Sancho made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciriaco Macias was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ciriaco Macias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damaso Sancho in the 36th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Damaso Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciriaco Macias was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Heigo Luiga in the 45thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A.Independiente's goalkeeper Ciriaco Macias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Congo Bongo getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Andrew Specht hit a great ball. After 58 played minutes C.A.Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Baumar. In the 59th minute Franz Beckenbauer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Macias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damaso Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Macias having to interfere. 汪渊国 charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 汪渊国 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 64 played minutes C.A.Independiente got a freekick which was hit by 汪渊国. Congo Bongo's Franz Beckenbauer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ciriaco Macias in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Damaso Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciriaco Macias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Kaj-Åke Kaká charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kaj-Åke Kaká the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Congo Bongo made a substitution. Arnaldo Oidor replaced Sergio Austin. A collision led to Congo Bongo getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Kaj-Åke Kaká hit a great ball. After 82 played minutes Congo Bongo got a freekick which was hit by Wu Hong Ning. In the 84th minute, Wu Hong Ning hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Congo Bongo's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Basajaun came free, but Máté Márton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.A.Independiente's Ciriaco Macias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Sancho in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Øyvind Rovik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A.Independiente fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Ciriaco Macias made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Damaso Sancho sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute, Heigo Luiga made a precise shot to the right of Máté Márton. Congo Bongo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Congo Bongo's Ingvar Andersson was substituted for Kaj-Åke Kaká. Congo Bongo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
