In the 17th minute, Lauro Arce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Máté Márton was a little too slow when Tolgahan Onatkan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 1-0. Máté Márton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolgahan Onatkan in the 21st minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Congo Bongo's goalkeeper Máté Márton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcos Siqueira. After a defensive mix-up in Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's zone, Kaj-Åke Kaká stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amauri Félix came out of the goal and Kaj-Åke Kaká tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Tolgahan Onatkan took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Máté Márton to make any attempt to save it. Amauri Félix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damaso Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After a rather tough play, Congo Bongo's Kaj-Åke Kaká got a free kick in the 39th minute. Congo Bongo's Máté Márton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Congo Bongo from getting a goal against them. Máté Márton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tolgahan Onatkan in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jens-Ove Malm was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Congo Bongo's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Siqueira came free, but Máté Márton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Máté Márton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Ove Malm in the 52nd minute of the match. The supporters of Congo Bongo booed when Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Di Yang Feng didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Franz Beckenbauer got free with Amauri Félix in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Máté Márton guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After 75 minutes, Jens-Ove Malm made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Congo Bongo's Máté Márton tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ made a substitution. Ixona Mascarañas replaced Mitchel Bakker. Amauri Félix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Sancho in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Congo Bongo's goal looked a bit too open when Tolgahan Onatkan came free, but Máté Márton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
