Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Heigo Luiga started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 2 played minutes Los Hornos got a freekick which was hit by Dário Prada. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Jaime Veronica managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Hornos's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Veronica was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Buford Lim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dário Prada blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Buford Lim having to make a save. Dário Prada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Buford Lim made a huge save. Silas de Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Øyvind Rovik in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Los Hornos's Gene Simmons got a free kick in the 17th minute. Dário Prada struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Buford Lim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Hornos. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Dário Prada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Hornos's supporters rose to their feet, but Dário Prada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Buford Lim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Los Hornos's Lucas Staff was substituted for Gene Simmons. Silas de Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heigo Luiga in the 27th minute of the match. Dário Prada blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Buford Lim having to make a save. Tom Misaki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silas de Andrade read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Tom Misaki made a precise shot to the right of Silas de Andrade. Los Hornos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jaime Veronica recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Los Hornos players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.A.Independiente were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dário Prada was the one to do the kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Los Hornos's Dário Prada sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Buford Lim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Jaime Veronica managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Hornos's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Veronica was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Buford Lim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tom Misaki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Silas de Andrade made a huge save. Tom Misaki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Oodo Rosin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Hornos's supporters rose to their feet, but Oodo Rosin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Buford Lim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oodo Rosin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Buford Lim having to interfere. Los Hornos's Silas de Andrade proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Los Hornos from getting a goal against them. C.A.Independiente's Quentin Holman was substituted for Gavril Bosioc. C.A.Independiente made a substitution. Ambrosio Ovando replaced Øyvind Rovik. 91 minutes into the match, C.A.Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Oodo Rosin came free, but Buford Lim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Buford Lim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oodo Rosin in the 96th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, Dário Prada had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Buford Lim. C.A.Independiente's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dário Prada was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Los Hornos were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of C.A.Independiente for a fine match.
