In the 27th minute, Joaquim Custódio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Marco Tamayo hit a great ball. Conrado Dalmai succeeded in the game's 32nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Ricardo Zorita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fernando Demario went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Moises Fernandino made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Valentino Ferrant hit a great ball. Mateo Leguizamo's late challenge caught a ZARA GOZA 2.0's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mateo Leguizamo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ZARA GOZA 2.0 booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Leguizamo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 75 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Joshua Curbelo. 76 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Benigno Estefan came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Zorita was a little too slow when Victorino Belo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 0-8. After a defensive mix-up in ZARA GOZA 2.0's zone, Moises Fernandino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justino Porfiro came out of the goal and Moises Fernandino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Justino Porfiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Fernandino in the 87th minute of the match. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorino Belo in the 88th minute of the match. In the 94th minute Honorio Abaurre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, Joshua Curbelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ZARA GOZA 2.0's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
