To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 41 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Federico Reyes. Majadita FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Lacasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After 46 minutes of play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Federico Reyes was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mariano Lacasa to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Majadita FC defense, Mariano Lacasa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Federico Reyes. The Majadita FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Federico Reyes should have stopped the shot. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry Deckberg in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Majadita FC's goalkeeper Federico Reyes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 79th minute of play forced Majadita FC's goalkeeper Federico Reyes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robustiano Macerio got free with Thiago Pliego in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Majadita FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
